*Accreditation and affiliation fees ($518.00) are calculated using current adult learner fees for AMS and MACTE.  For the 2026-27 program year, MACTE’s adult learner fee is $240.00 per adult learner and AMS is $278.00 per adult learner. 

The VCMS $500.00 deposit is with the adult learner enrollment agreement within 10 days of the adult learner’s receipt of the acceptance and contract.  The accreditation and affiliation fees of $518.00 are also due at this time.  The amount of $1018.00 may be made as one payment. 

SCHOLARSHIP OPTIONS

Early Childhood and Infant & Toddler candidates are eligible for the Virginia Childcare Provider Scholarship Program. This scholarship can provide up to $4135 in tuition support. Scholarship applications should be completed AFTER the candidate has applied for and been accepted by Virginia Center for Montessori Studies. TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1 (Check): 

Pay the tuition balance of $7,718.00 in full before March 30th*. 

Option 2 (Credit Card):

Pay the tuition balance of $7,490.00 plus a 4% processing fee of $308.72 ($8,026.72 ) before March 30th*.

Option 3 (Deferred Payment): 

The deferred payment plan listed below includes an additional $200.00 fee for a total deferred tuition of $7100.00 (built into the three payments– after deposits and fees of $1018.00)

                        Payment 1 – March 30, 2026* -- $3550.00

                        Payment 2 – June 30, 2026 -- $1775.00

                        Payment 3 – October 31, 2026 -- $1775.00

                  Deferred Plan Tuition   $7100.00 (after deposit and fees)

*Those enrolling after March 30th will be responsible for full payment within 30 days of receipt of enrollment agreement and deposit for any payment plan.

Additional Fees:            Self-Directed Internship = $150.00

                                    Continuation Fee = $300.00 (assessed each year until program is completed).
