We are now accepting applications for the VCMS Infant and Toddler, and Early Childhood Hybrid Models that begin in June of 2024. Applications are due by May 15, 2024. Courses begin June 17, 2024.

VCMS Applicants now Eligible for VDOE Scholarship FUNDS
Montessori Early Childhood and Infant & Toddler certification courses are now eligible for the Virginia Child Care Provider Scholarship Program. The maximum lifetime scholarship amount ins $4035.
The open application window for the March 15 - April 15 SUMMER 2024 Semester is now closed. The next enrollment period begins in June.

We understand that collecting all of these components takes some time. It is typically easiest and most convenient to send all of the application materials together and that is our strong recommendation. Once the application and deposit are received an admissions interview will be scheduled with the program directors, either in person or via a zoom or phone call. A successful interview leads to an adult learner contract and requires a $500.00 tuition deposit and the posted MACTE accreditation and AMS affiliation fee. Once accepted into VCMS, the intern will be responsible for locating a VCMS approved practicum site. VCMS will provide information about area Montessori schools.
