*Accreditation and affiliation fees ($436.00) are calculated using current adult learner fees for AMS and MACTE.  For the 2024-25 program year, MACTE’s adult learner fee is $176.00 per adult learner and AMS is $260.00 per adult learner. 

The VCMS $500.00 deposit is with the adult learner enrollment agreement within 10 days of the adult learner’s receipt of the acceptance and contract.  The accreditation and affiliation fees of $431.00 are also due at this time.  The amount of $931.00 may be made as one payment. 

Tuition Payment Options

Option 1 (Check): 

Pay the tuition balance of $6731.00 in full before June 30th .

Option 2 (Credit Card):

Pay the tuition balance of $6731.00 plus a 4% processing fee of $269.24 equaling $7000.24 before June 30th.

Option 3 (Deferred Payment): 

The deferred payment plan listed below includes an additional $500.00 fee for a total deferred tuition of $7,236.00 (built into the three payments– after deposits and fees of $936.00)

                        Payment 1 – June 30, 2023 -- $2100.00

                        Payment 2 – October 31, 2023 -- $2100.00

                        Payment 3 – December 31, 2023 -- $2100.00

Deferred Plan Tuition     $6300.00 (after deposit and fees)

Additional Fees:            Self-Directed Internship = $150.00

                                    Continuation Fee = $300.00 (assessed each year until program is completed.
